The applicant must be a biological (born) female, in good health and of sound mind.

Age eligibility is between 16 and 45 years. Applicants must furnish valid age proof (Passport, Birth Certificate, School Leaving Certificate, Driver’s License, Aadhaar Card, etc.).

The applicant must be an Indian citizen by birth.

The applicant must agree to abide by all the rules and guidelines of Saiglorious, as they may be updated or changed by the organisers from time to time.

The applicant must not be under any existing commercial contract with any modelling agency at the time of audition.

The applicant must never have posed, and must not pose during the reign, for any photography, video or film associated with nudity or pornography.

Once short-listed, the applicant should not engage in any other contractual obligations that conflict with the commitments to Saiglorious.

Audition registration and fees are non-refundable. Any delays or non-receipt of application documents are not the responsibility of the organisers.

Regional round travel, accommodation, boarding, and related expenses shall be borne by the participant.

The applicant must participate in all scheduled grooming, training, rehearsal, and show routines with discipline and punctuality.

All decisions by the judges are final and binding. No disputes or appeals will be entertained on judgment calls.

Misrepresentation, providing false or incorrect information at any stage (before, during or after the event) may lead to disqualification.

The organisers disclaim liability for any physical injury, loss, or damage to person or property during participation; participation is at the applicant’s own risk.

The applicant must conduct themselves with moral character and ethical behavior at all times; participants with conduct or background that could bring disrepute may be disqualified.

Titleholders accept that all decisions concerning photography, media, advertising, promotional activities, wardrobe, program appearance, and all other aspects of the reign are at the discretion of Saiglorious Entertainments.

The schedule of events, location, rounds, or structure may be changed, postponed, or cancelled by the organisers without prior notice.

If any clause is violated—such as bribery, inappropriate behavior, or breach of conditions—the applicant shall be disqualified immediately.

The courts of New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of participation or terms, and these terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
